an online database of searchable resumes tailored to the
automotive industry. When you sign up FOR
FREE, your resume
will reside in the AUTOjobs.com database for a period of
120 days. During this time, your resume will be at the fingertips
of hundreds of the nation's top automotive companies. During
the time your resume is active in our database, you will
have full editing/revising capability should you wish to
change any aspect of your resume--just log in with your custom
username and password and get to work! The
doorway to your future career in the automotive industry
is here! A few simple steps could place your resume on the
radar-screen of your next employer.

Here's
what you need to do:
- Click
on the "Post a Resume" link at the top of
page. You will be guided through the registration process
step-by-step.
- The
registration and resume editing processes occur over
a secure SSL connection, so after you click on the "Post
a Resume" or "Edit an Existing Resume" links
above, you will be asked to accept our secure SSL certificate.
Please choose "Yes" at this point to accept
the secure connection and look for the padlock icon
at the bottom of your browser window to indicate a
secure connection.
- Some
things to keep in mind:

- As
designed, the AUTOjobs.com resume database is most beneficial
to U.S. residents. The chances that a dealership will be
willing to relocate someone from outside of the United States
to a job in the states are slim at best.
- For the
best possible experience on resumes.autojobs.com, both Cookies and JavaScript should
be enabled in your browser. These are both enabled by
default in most modern browsers, so you should have no trouble.
If you're not sure, you can click HERE to
perform a test that will determine if cookies are enabled
in your browser.
- Registering
your resume at AUTOjobs.com entitles you to post your pre-existing resume
in AUTOjobs.com's database. This does not include the
actual writing/construction of a resume. If you need assistance
with writing/constructing your resume, please visit AUTOjobs.com's resume
writing service.
- You
will need a valid email address to make effective use of
the service. If you do not have a current email address,
or you wish your current email address to remain anonymous,
then free, anonymous, and easy-to-use email accounts can
be had at a number of web sites. We suggest hotmail, yahoo, mail.com,
gmail, or a google
search of free email providers.
- We recommend Internet
Explorer 5.0 or above, or Netscape 6.0
or above for browsing the site.

For
Employers...
In order
to have access to AUTOjobs.com's resume database, you must
be running a current ad at AUTOjobs.com.
Any ad will do--running an ad for a Service Manager does not
restrict you to just searching the database for Service Managers.
For the length of your ad, you will not only receive the best
response in the automotive job placement industry afforded
by AUTOjobs.com, but you will also be able to search and reply
to any resume in our database that you feel fits your requirements.
If you are currently running an ad with us, but do not have
access to our resume database, you can obtain a username and
password by filling out the form located HERE.
Or, you can gain access by emailing dba@autojobs.com with
the name of your company and the details of your currently
running ad (e.g., job title, location, etc.) or you can also
